- Tahu D Café is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We are
also collecting information that is needed for the registration procedure at our website. The information that we collect are voluntarily submitted by the customers to us. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties.

- Our customer’s personal identification details are used to process order, customise profile information, update status of online shopping and also to update with our latest news, promotions and events.

- We will apply appropriate security application in order to prevent the leaking of customer’s personal identification details from third parties, illegal disclosures and hackers. However, kindly bear in mind that information transmitted through the internet is not 100% guarantee safe and secure.
- Delivery costs are determined by the order value. For all order below RM 99.00 there will be a delivery charge from RM 5.00 to RM 15.00 however there will be no delivery fee charged if the order is above RM 100.00 but for the near area of Tahu D Café, the delivery cost around RM 3.00 to RM 5.00.
- Applications are open to all.
- Membership fee is RM10and is not refundable.
- Cards are not transferable.
- Reward points are earnable and redeemable at any of our participating outlets.
- 10 points are awarded for every Ringgit spent.
- Every 2500 reward point scan be used for a RM5 cash rebate off your bills. Rebates can only be made for points in multiples of 2500. No pro-rated rebates can be made for points less than 2500.
- Reward points earned are not redeemable for cash.
- Reward points will expire if there is no transaction on the Card for more than 1 year.
- We will reverse points earned if a transaction on which points are earned is cancelled or if a refund is given.
- We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen Cards or any points redeemed from the Card without the Cardholder’s knowledge.
- By signing up to the program, Card holders will be sent periodic updates on special offers unless we are notified otherwise.

- We reserve the right, at any time, to:
· Deduct the points balance if any points are suspected of being fraudulently or erroneously recorded
· Stop issuing Cards
