How do I place my order?

Always make sure that you enter the correct phone number to help us contact you regarding your order, if needed.
3. Choose what you would like: Pick your selected items you’d like to order andproceed with payment.

Who do I call if I have any question or problems?
You will always have two levels of support. Your primary support person will be your designated customer service representative at the Tahu D Cafe. Call us at 0195511679. You can also send us a message on our social media.
Do I order from you?
You will most likely purchase directly from the supplier or online, but you can always contact us for help with your orders. We consult with you to identify which suppliers in our network can meet your needs and provide the most savings on what you are purchasing. We will set you up with accounts with those suppliers and remain as an added level of customer service during the duration of your relationship with those suppliers.
Are there any fees or costs to join?
No. There are no fees or costs to you for sign up in our programs. All of our online services are free!
Are food ingredients halal?
All of our productions cycle including raw materials to packaging are all engaging for Muslim friendly.
How do I know what ingredients are in the food?
We do provide the details of the ingredients on the product descriptions for you to be able to get to know about our products.
How do I made my payment once I confirm my order?
We accept cash on delivery. In addition, there are various online payment methods available. You can check which payment methods are accepted on our website. Cash Delivery - Select Cash on Delivery on the checkout page and pay the driver at your doorstep when you receive your order. Credit/Debit Card - Select Online Payment on the checkout page. After placing your order, you will be redirected to the secure payment page of our payment partner, where you can follow the instructions. Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be transmitted to the kitchen.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are determined by the order value. For all order belowRm50.00 there will be a delivery charge of Rm4.00 however there will be no delivery fee charged if the order is above Rm50.00. If you have created an account with us then you can enjoy free delivery for all your orders regardless of the order value.
I need to cancel orchange my order! How can I do this?
Please notify us via online chat as soon as possible, so we can let the kitchen know before they start preparing your order.
